Summary
In a discursive field of Bagić’s poems collection there are dynamic processes of metaphorising, demetaphoris-
ing and remetaphorising. Metaphorising embraces even a lyrical subject, who, for the sake of poetry, depersonifies
himself and equalises himself with fauna and flora, or with inanimate objects. By demetaphorising the cultic meta-
phors – in this essay god and light/Sun – has been realised a reversal of the known axiology and the effect of amaze-
ment has been achieved. By the process of remetaphorising with the assistance of an intertext, the metaphors from
the other authors’ discourses – set within a different context – are saved and preserved. Finally, the established order
of metaphors is simultaneously a set of matrices of the poetic world of the collection
Language for any distance

refers to biblical-Miltonian Paradise lost and regained, and – simultaneously spiritual and sensitive – it is linked with
Barthes’s
plaisir du texte
. Two foundations of this world are the poetic and the gestural language, interconnected with
the parallelism.
